Located just minutes from downtown Nevada City, California! Dan and Erin Thiem, owners of the Outside Inn, are excited to bring Nevada City a new, vibrant camping experience. The campground is located on a historic 15 acre site, just under two miles from downtown Nevada City.
The Facility
Due to our large 20,000 sq. ft. facility we are able to store large quantities of material. This gives us purchasing power as we are able to buy fabric in large quantities and we can also purchase material in the off season and store it. Strength Testing
In order to assure our canvas wall tents are of the highest caliber, we rigorously strength test our products to ensure their quality. In addition to a visual inspection of our canvas, we preform both tear strength testing, and burst testing.
The Machines
In order to deliver the highest quality wall tents, our shop is home to many sewing machines. From sewing machines dating back to the early 1900’s to state of the art automated machines, our shop has the best equipment for heavy duty jobs and jobs that require finesse.
